Professional Collection materials are available to
NORWELD members for loan through our electronic request
system.
1.0 Bi-Folkal Kits/Mini-Kits/Slideas
1.1 Kits must be requested through a NORWELD member
library. NORWELD will ship the kit to your library
via U.S. Cargo or UPS in advance of your scheduled
show date. The kit is due back at the NORWELD office
one week after your show date. The date due will be
marked on each kit loaned and renewals are discouraged.
1.2 Only one kit may be borrowed by an organization
at one time.
1.3 Each library should check each kit as it is received
against the enclosed checklist. Check the kit again
when it is returned. Your library will be held responsible
for the cost of any damaged or missing items.
1.4 A kit may be requested up to one year in advance.
Kits will be reserved on a first-come, first-served
basis.
1.5 Each kit should be returned in its original shipping
carton via U.S. Cargo or UPS.
1.6 Make certain the Report of Use form in the kit
is completed by your patron or your library before
returning the kit.

may borrow items from the NORWELD collection.
2.4 If a library is unable to return all books in
a set at the same time, the librarian will send a note
with the books stating which copies are missing. Any
missing books should be returned as soon as possible.
2.5 A member library will pay the cost of replacing
a lost or damaged book plus a $2.00 processing fee.
NORWELD will bill the library.
